Plan your visit

Three questions.
Then we’ll know you’re coming.

Under a minute, and there’s no account to create. Nobody will phone you and nothing lands in your inbox. We’ll simply know to expect you, and there will be someone at the door on Sunday.

When are you thinking of coming?

Walk in through the main cinema lobby, past the concession, and follow the signs to Theater 4. Someone will be at the door.

Before you arrive

Walk in the door
before you walk in.

Turning up somewhere new is mostly about not feeling lost. Here’s the whole thing, start to finish, so none of it is a surprise.

Photo — Getting there
  1. 01 · Getting there

Head for the cinema, not a church.

250 Winnipeg Street, Penticton, BC. If your map app is taking you to a building with a steeple, it's got the wrong place — you're looking for the Landmark Cinema in downtown Penticton.

  2. 02 · Parking

Park where you'd park for a film.

Street parking and the downtown lots, same as any other visit to the cinema. Sunday morning is the quietest it ever gets, so you'll find something close.

  3. 03 · The doors

    In through the main lobby.

The normal cinema entrance. It'll look exactly like it does on a Friday night, except quieter and with someone at the door who's expecting you.

  4. 04 · Coffee

    Past the concession, coffee's on.

Free, and genuinely good. From 9:25, which is the easiest time to arrive if you'd rather meet a couple of people before sitting down.

  5. 05 · Theater 4

Follow the signs to Theater 4.

Sit anywhere. The seats recline. Nobody will ask you to stand up, introduce yourself, or fill anything in.
